CANCELLATION POLICY


If cancelled by you:

  • Cancelation will only be accepted if made in writing and received 4 weeks before the start of the course:
  • All deposit’s are Non-refundable and non transferable.
  • All courses cancelled within 4 weeks of start date: 100% of the fee applies (no refund will be given).
  • Course date change a £50 admin fee applies if applied 4 weeks before the start of the course date.
  • No date change will be accommodated 4 weeks before course start date.

Cancellation of the course (by us)

If we reschedule because of the above, we will move you to the next available course date. If you cannot attend this date, we will refund your fee if this has been paid.

In the unlikely event your course is cancelled last minute by the tutor due to unforeseen circumstances you will be offered alternative dates or venue. If you cannot attend this date your tutor or training school will refund the course fee if this has been paid.

If you have an installment plan with us, and you leave the course or can not attend, whole fee is still payable.

Whole course fee becomes payable on enrolment. Installment plans are arranged to help students with cost of the course and should not be used to avoid payment.

Whole fee is payable if we have shared course manuals, / videos with you as part of your course enrolments. Four week notice does not apply once course content has been shared.
